The life of a college student is never ending. Why am I still in school? Sometimes I wonder. Today has been one of those wondering days...actually this week has been one of those wondering weeks. I am going to ponder these thoughts, as thoughts of the American Constitution climb through my head and the different part of speech and their functions try to make sense in my mind, while trying to get some sleep before my 15 hour day tomorrow. Good night world.

YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME?!?!

Frustrations of a day:

I pulled into the good ole Spring Valley apartment complex around 5:50. Mel comes running up to me and says something about us having to go talk to the manager, because we were in trouble for being too loud and disruptive to the neighbors. What?!?! I was really confused, so we ran upstairs for Mel to show me the notice which in itself was really rude. I guess you could say Mel was pretty wound up, and it definitely started affecting me. We are not that loud, we aren't drinking or doing anything to really disturb the neighbors. We're never here during the day and only have people over every so often, and only a couple friends at that. Basically, it all boiled down to one of our friends falling last night and making a loud crash. Our downstairs neighbor (who previously told us she was deaf) decided to report us on that. So...we went to talk to the manager (who is a bit of an idiot), and basically Mel and I sat there as he went on and on about how JBU students give him such a hard time, he is always having problems with them, and basically....he doesn't like them. He told us how this was our first warning, and after a second one you will get evicted. He talked for like 15 minutes about how we need to be respectful and not bother our neighbors, which we freaking AREN'T at all (blah, blah, blah). Then, he turned into the stalker man and said our dark haired friend with a red car (james) needs to stop talking on his cell phone in the parking lot at night, and that our friend that drives the white corvette (todd) needs to drive slower through the parking lot (which he already does), and that our other friends aren't allowed to talk on our balcony because we the managers are in control of all public places. Is that crap or what? Then, Mel asked the guy that say she were to drop a two-liter bottle on the floor and the lady downstairs reported it, could we still get evicted? The manager says -yes- you can get evicted whenever you are bothering your neighbors. Once again...ridiculous! Pretty much we sat, and Charles (the manager) talked for a long, looonnnnggg time!

Whew, it was a rough end to a long day.

my head is pounding from the three hours of sand volleyball this morning. i think i got a bit of sun-stroke because i'm slight burned and the headache.

i have an enormous amount of homework to do, but i can't focus. i must clean the apartment, do laundry, and prepare for yet another week ahead.

i am getting addicted to gilmore girls and have been watching them all afternoon in the coolness of the apartment, which i have to myself. nice.

lovies. have a wonderful day.
